Refund eligibility is governed by the terms shown at purchase by the official ticketing provider and any event-specific policy published for the applicable Paris Swim Week™ programme.
Before purchase
Review the event date, access tier, inclusions, age requirements and refund conditions shown at checkout before completing a purchase.
Changes & cancellations
Where an event is cancelled or materially changed, the applicable ticketing provider and event policy will determine whether refunds, credits or other remedies are available.
Processing
Approved refunds are ordinarily returned through the original payment method and may require processing time set by the payment or ticketing provider.
Non-ticket purchases
Sponsorship, exhibitor, designer, travel, hospitality or other commercial arrangements are governed by their own written agreements and are not covered by this consumer ticket policy.
